Gutter Guard Comparison Case Studies: Home exterior work in Fairfax Station

Customer no longer wanted to have to paint the wood (fascia, rake, trim, freeze boards) again.  They wanted maintenance free products that would last a lifetime.  

The solution to this was to first take down all the wood on the home, this included gutters and downspouts.  We then replaced all the wood with a synthetic wood that required no maintenance.  Once the wood work was complete we installed new, larger gutters and downspouts and tied them into their underground drains.  The final step was to then install the MasterShield gutter protection on the gutters.  Now the outside woodwork, gutters, and underground drains will never need to be cleaned or painted again.
